I attend a large public University - which means that on random occasions I will walk across campus and see swarms of students hovering over a random table outside a classroom building. What are they doing? Duh, they are gettin' their free t-shirt! For freshmen - this may seem like good news, but we all know that usually the only way to get your free t-shirt is to fill out an extremely long questionnaire, or sign up for a new credit card, or sign up to join the military, or sign to vote democrat, etc. You get the idea...
Well, today was different. Today was how it should be. Today, felt good. ---Walking out of my PSY 312
Brain & Behavior class at 3pm I came across one of those free t-shirt tables. There was already a small swarm of students receiving their shirts when I walked up... However, this was not like the free t-shirt distributions that I was normally used to. No, this table had an aura about it that maintained the three C's : cool, calm and collected. In other words, there was just a strange peace within the people at the table - no one was overly hype or anxious. Things were just chill, it was nice.
Twenty seconds later,
I left that table with a free t-shirt & I left with a smile.
This is what the t-shirt said:{except for the part on the image below that says 'Most Things Break' - (I had to draw this picture in paintbrush on my computer because I couldn't find any pictures of it online...)}
When I got back to my room I immediately jumped online and checked out this website -
B/c no way would I be wearing a t-shirt with a website across the front of it - if I didn't know what the website was all about...
So, I checked it out - and I was amazed.
If you want to see it too then go for it! --->
everywildcat.com I was amazed was b/c
1. For the first time in my college life, I received a free t-shirt without the usual hassle.
2. The students passing out the shirts were living out the gospel - just as their website!
Take home message:
Stay in school! & Go for those free t-shirts b/c sometimes good things happen... (like today)
